Process Manager – 3-Month FTC | Senegal | Gold Processing
Minopex is seeking an experienced Process Manager with a strong gold processing background, with CIL/ CIP, floatation, POX and Heap leach experience, for an initial 3-month contract in Senegal and after that, depending on the agreement between the 2 parties, the individual can be transferred to DRA Saudi Arabia LLC. At Senegal, the individual will lead plant operations in supporting the client with Commissioning and ramp up activities, optimise throughput & recovery, and mentor a high-performing metallurgical team.

What you’ll do in Senegal:
• Drive plant KPIs in supporting the client with commissioning and ram up activities, throughput, recovery, grade, availability
• Support the client to optimise gold recovery through CIP, and leaching circuits
• Lead safety, compliance, and metallurgical reporting
• Guide and develop the operations & metallurgy team

What you bring:
• Degree in Metallurgy/Chemical/Process Engineering
• 10+ years’ experience in gold processing operations
• Strong leadership & optimisation experience
• French working proficiency (English an advantage)

Initial Assignment: 3 months, site-based in Senegal with 6/ 2 rotation
